Sore throat, cough and cold :
Mix half tbsp of lemon juice with one tbsp of honey in a glass of warm water and drink twice a day. Or mix juice and honey with hot tea. Honey’s soothing, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties will help to recover it quicker.
Mix 2 tbsp lemon juice in 2 cups of water and rinse after shampooing.
Suck on a slice of lemon to help you stop feeling nauseous.
Consume one tsp of honey three times a day. Honey attracts water, making stools softer and easier to pass. Also, its acetyl-choline stimulates bowel movement.

Boil 1 L of water and let it simmer for 20 min on low flame. While simmering, add 3 tsp of cinnamon powder. Strain the mixture. Drink entire amount of this water everyday.
Take 2 tbsp coconut oil and add 5-6 curry leaves to it. Heat the mixture for 2-3 min. Allow the oil to cool. Now apply it on scalp and massage gently. Now immerse a towel in warm water and squeeze out the water. Wrap this towel around your hair for 15 min and wash your hair. Repeat the process once a week.
Crush 5-7 onions, press the paste on a sieve and extract juice. Massage this juice on the scalp allowing it to stay for 1 hour.Wash it off thoroughly with normal water. Continue the treatment for at least a week for lasting relief.
Take 2 tbsp of cinnamon powder and add water to make paste. Mix it well and apply on the temple and forehead for relief.
Take 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp cinnamon powder, mix it well and apply on the affected area. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Repeat 2-3 times a day.
Clear Skin Blemishes:
Take a potato slice. Rub on the affected area for 10 min. Do this 2-3 times a day.
High Blood Pressure:
Chew 2-3 raw garlic cloves everyday. Garlic slows down the pulse rate and smooths the heart’s rhythm.
Low Blood Pressure:
Soak 10-15 raisins overnight in water and eat them on an empty stomach next morning. Follow this with 1 glass of water. Avoid eating or drinking anything for 1 hr after this.
Take 1 glass of water, add 2 tbsp of coriander seeds to it and boil it for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture. Allow it to cool. Drink 3 times a day.
Take 1 glass of warm milk, add 1 tsp of turmeric powder and mix it well. Drink this mixture everyday till the condition is cured.
