Watermelon Rinds Smoothie

Serves – 2

2 cups diced watermelon rinds
1 ripe banana chopped
1 cup strawberry
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chat masala
½ cup ice cubes


  1. Place all the ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend it until smooth.
  3. Best served chilled.
